Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 3 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Maca powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen triple berry mix

Directions

  1. Blend everything and serve!
