Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 3 tsp. Chia seeds
- 1 tsp. Maca powder
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen triple berry mix
Directions
